Vasey RSL Care is running a ‘Connecting with Care Switch Promotion’ (The Promotion) beginning on 1 March 2025. Vasey RSL Care reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time and details of the end date will be provided on the organisation’s website: www.vaseyrslcare.org.au. This will not affect anyone who has already qualified for the Promotion at that time.
A Gift Card to the value of $300 will be provided to the new Home Care Package Program client on confirmation of their move from another Home Care provider and after their tenth service delivery with Vasey RSL Care. Note that this must be completed within three months of the first service. Processing may take up to ten working days from that point. The Promotion is open to new clients to Vasey RSL Care’s Home Care Package only. The Gift Card will be provided via email to the new Home Care Package Program client: in the case that they have no valid email address, a physical Gift Card will be sent by registered post to the client’s mailing address. Gift Cards are sourced from the Gift Card Store and the conditions regarding their usage and expiry can be found on their website at https://giftcardstore.com.au/faq/. Vasey RSL Care is not responsible for lost or undelivered Gift Cards.
Vasey RSL Care takes Privacy seriously and all information collected will remain confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement which can be viewed on our website at https://www.vaseyrslcare.org.au/privacy-policy/. Details provided for this promotion will be used for the purposes of providing information about our services. However, Vasey RSL Care reserves the right to add contacts to the eNews distribution list and send eNewsletters on a regular basis (approximately 12 per year). Recipients may unsubscribe from these at any time. If the contact does not go ahead with the Home Care service, Vasey RSL Care will remove their details at their request providing this does not impact on their connection to the organisation (for example if they are a client of other services, a staff member etc).
Any attempt to use this Promotion that is not in line with these conditions may constitute fraud and a breach of the terms. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to qualify for the Promotion or engaging in any deceptive or dishonest conduct to obtain benefits under this Promotion or any attempt to misuse or manipulate this Promotion in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions may constitute fraud. Vasey RSL Care reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity and take appropriate action, including withholding or revoking the Gift Card, disqualifying individuals from current or future promotions, and pursuing legal action if necessary.
